DAYA SUKA SUSU KAMBING SAPERA (Capra aegagrus hircus) DENGAN PERLAKUAN SUPLEMENTASI SOYBEAN MEAL (SBM)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas fisik susu melalui uji organanoleptik terhadap warna, aroma, rasa, daya terima, dan kekentalan kambing Sapera. dilakukan pada Juli sampai Agustus 2021 bertempat di Peternakan Telaga Rizky, Kelurahan Yosodadi, Kecamatan Metro Timur, Kota Metro. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 12 ekor Sapera sedang laktasi dikelompokkan berdasarkan bobot badan. menggunakan metode rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 perlakuan 3 ulangan P0 (ransum basal tanpa suplementasi soybean meal), P1 meal 5%), P2 10%), P3 15%). Data diperoleh dianalisis analisis ragam (ANOVA) bila berbedah nyata akan dilanjutkan beda terkecil (BNT) taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pemberian Soyabean tidak berpengaruh (P<0,05) organoleptik (warna, kekentalan).
